Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

McGee Farm Equipment, Inc. works to process your order quickly with customer satisfaction as priority.  Orders submitted to our company are usually processed within 1 – 3 business days.   Orders for items that are factory direct are usually fulfilled within 7 – 12 business days.  However, many of our factory direct items are fulfilled by manufactures that build on orders only.  Some factory direct orders may take up to 2 – 4 weeks before being fulfilled.   McGee Farm Equipment, Inc. works to oversee the customer’s order fulfillment and we work to have the orders delivered in a satisfactory time frame.  If a customer’s order appears that it will require a longer time requirement for shipment the customer will be given the choice to keep the order open, or the customer may wish to cancel the order and the order will be credited back to the customer.

Shipping condition:

McGee Farm Equipment, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping damage, or loss, sustained to items during shipping.  Customers are responsible to report any shipping damage to packages, or freight items to the shipping company upon receiving the product.  It is the customer's responsibility to be present upon arrival of packages, or freight shipments to inspect the items condition. McGee Farm Equipment, Inc. is not responsible for any product damage due to poor packaging on drop shipped, or factory direct orders.  McGee Farm Equipment, Inc. is not responsible for product conditions on items that are stored and placed outside in weather conditions prior to shipments that may cause product paint defects, rust, or product defects.  Items such as tractor attachments and equipment, skid steer attachments and equipment, and ATV equipment are subject to outdoor weather conditions prior to shipment fulfillment, and more subject to freight scratches and weather results.

Shipping And Freight Claims:

McGee Farm Equipment, Inc. is not responsible for filing any shipping and freight damage claims with the shipping and freight companies used to provide the items to the purchaser, or customers. Customers are responsible to report any shipping damage to packages, or freight items to the shipping company upon receiving the product, and such claims must be noted on the freight receiving documents.  Any items, products, or parts provided by McGee Farm Equipment, Inc. to the purchaser, or customer, as a result of freight damage, or shipping damage, or shipping loss will be the responsibility of the purchaser and require payment for such items. McGee Farm Equipment, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping claims being approved, or denied by the shipping, or freight companies used for fulfillment of customer orders.  McGee Farm Equipment, Inc. will assist our customers with their damage claims that have been documented with the carriers on the delivery ticket upon receiving the items.

Shipping Deliveries:

It is the customer’s responsibility to be present upon delivery on shipments for packages and freight shipments.  Shipments that require additional rescheduling for deliveries, customers will be charged additional redelivery fees. Freight shipments that are purchased by customers as a residential delivery without lift gate service, the customer is responsible for unloading the shipment from the carriers truck, or trailer. Freight shipments that are purchased as a residential delivery service may be subject to a “Curb Side Delivery”.  Freight shipments that will not allow the freight carriers truck and trailer to have adequate delivery room will require a “Curb Side Delivery”.  Shipments that are delivered without the customer present are the full responsibility of the customer.
